Excellent! My husband, at 48, has struggled with constant nasal congestion and a chronic cough for years, despite quitting smoking and taking supplements like omega 3. I take two tablets daily, and while I experienced coughing attacks at first as the phlegm began to clear, the cough vanished after a week. Absolutely fantastic! I bought it for my father, who had a cough from smoking. After a week, his cough nearly disappeared after taking just two capsules. I recommend this over Pharmacy ATC 600, which was far less effective.
