The best one for me! This magnesium has been fantastic for recovery from Covid. My sleep has normalised, anxiety has eased, and morning fatigue has vanished. After three months of taking it, I haven't experienced leg cramps, even after daily walks of 15 km. Alongside other medications, it helps to maintain normal blood pressure.
