Excellent product for my arthritis. It keeps my arthritic knees and joints pain-free. The key is to take enough; if you don’t, nothing happens. It’s a safe product usually intended for cardiac issues, but I use it for my arthritis. This omega 3 product is the only one that works for me. After 10 years, I now need 4 capsules twice a day.
