These vitamins are excellent. After COVID, I took this complex and saw remarkable results. My hair stopped falling out, and my tests improved. I find it convenient to take one capsule daily and usually do this twice yearly for SARS prevention. I also recommend them to my mother, especially during spring and autumn, as I’ve noticed a definite rise in immunity and reduction in fatigue.

The product caused severe heartburn, likely due to its acidic content. I took half a tablet daily, and it was unsuitable for anyone with gastritis. The ingredients included amla, vitamin C as ascorbic acid, and alpha-lipoic acid, which triggered the heartburn. Unlike other vitamin complexes I've tried, this one was a disappointment. I won't be ordering again, even though the company is reputable.
