I deducted a star for the cat food-like smell. The composition is excellent and effective. After a week, my energy improved and I felt less sleepy after lunch, and getting up in the morning was easier. However, after three weeks, I developed facial rashes, which I hadn't experienced before. I stopped taking them, and the rashes disappeared. Resuming the vitamins caused the rashes to return. I also faced stool problems; adding prebiotics didn’t help. Ultimately, these vitamins didn’t suit my body.
