I believe it's beneficial that I've tried a quercetin supplement for the first time. I take it to detoxify when I lose weight and to cleanse gluten when I consume bread. I feel it’s effective for me. This time of year, I usually struggle with hay fever, but I’m completely fine, so it seems to help prevent pollen.
