MALTODEXTRIN!! MSG

Gave me instant headaches. I couldn't take it more than three times. I'm assuming it's the maltodextrin which is MSG. For the of me I cannot understand why MSG is added to a necessary life-giving food or supplement. They are putting it in everything these days

Great help for my husband with MS

Pill change

So this pill is no longer a soft gel cap. It is a slender smaller pill compared to most pills. I was cocerned for a few reasons but are quickly fading. The pills break down quickly using water test. The pill turned to a pile in 45 minutes in cold water. Im happy it breaks down so well. I feel like these pills are the same effect as former pill type. This vitamin helps with stamina and energy for your day! Hope this helps

WOW! I can actually tell a difference!

--Feel free to ask me any questions about my review!-- I take about 20 vitamins a day for various things. This is the ONE vitamin that I actually notice if I have or haven't taken it. I thought I'd forget the two a day thing but I haven't. I do intermittent fasting so my first meal is at noon. I take it right after I eat my first meal and right after I eat my last meal at 8 PM. I actually feel like they do help me sleep better. I have also noticed that before my monthly cycle, my cramps weren't as bad as usual (side note- I have been making a conscious effort to eat better so these vitamins aren't the only change I've made). Includes Microcrystalline Cellulose and 3 Other Items to Avoid

The other ingredients include stearic acid, maltodextrin, vegetable stearate and microcrystalline cellulose. All four of these are being avoided by a number of reputable supplement producers for good reason. In my case, one or more of these produce an extremely flushed face, but individual reactions will vary. All four items are beneficial to the manufacturer (less costly and act as cheap fillers) but provide no consumer benefits other than the possibility of a cheaper price in exchange for questionable side effects. Quality Vitamin, more energy, great fingernails

I've been taking these about 8 months now and find they seem to be giving me more energy and in general making me feel better/more healthy. Since Covid my diet and exercise is all messed up - fasting and binging - add getting older - I needed quality supplements. Because I'm also taking other things for inflammation after 3 months I started alternating 2 on MWF and 1 the other days. It still seems to be more than enough since they provide a high % of RDA but I still take other things like C, D and fish oil (from Life Extensions) and turmeric. I'm going to one a day now because I feel like I'm more in maintenance mode. I just wish they had some calcium too cause that's another thing I need. I don't like taking pills but these go down easy and another side benefit - my fingernails are rock hard and growing great

The smell makes it a hard no for me

This product is not in capsule form and the smell is just too strong for me. Some things may smell bad but you don't taste it as strong. The taste and smell are the same level of bad. I'm sure these are great vitamins but they are not for me

Good product good value

What a great product. It has so many of the vitamins that I need in the proper forms like the regular B2 and selenium selenite. And it's really a great price too. I hope they keep making this stuff
