Excellent multivitamin! I have been taking this supplement for a short time and noticed my immune system strengthening. I caught a viral infection, typically lasting longer for me, but I overcame it almost unnoticed. The only symptoms were a slight stuffy nose and general weakness, which disappeared in 2 days! I split the dosage and take it in the morning and evening. Previously, when I caught a cold, it worsened. However, this season, I haven’t experienced a severe cold, so it seems to be effective. The smell is strong but not overwhelming, making it drinkable.
