Nausea experienced
I drank it on an empty stomach without knowing better and suffered from abdominal pain and nausea. After a bit of rest, I calmed down, but I'm now too scared to take it myself, so I give it to my husband. He seldom trusts supplements and often forgets to take them. I hope this review helps others avoid getting sick on an empty stomach.
