Severe cramping
Caused some odd issues. I began taking this with Thorne Seleniomethionine—terrible choice. I would take it in the morning, but by evening, I was having light-headedness, dizzy spells, severe GI cramping, and diarrhoea. It felt as if I were being poisoned, so I stopped for a week, resumed in the morning, and within two days, I felt the same way. I discarded both. Not for me.
