Dosage adjustment needed
I was diagnosed with iodine deficiency and prescribed medication. I decided to try Life Extension Sea-Iodine 1000 mcg, a natural kelp complex. Initially, it seemed effective, but I noticed my heart was beating oddly, so I stopped taking it, and my normal rhythm returned. I tried the capsules again later, but the strong heartbeat came back, likely due to the dosage being too high for me. I then switched to Yodomarin.

I experienced heart palpitations and found the quality disappointing. The ingredients seemed overly strong and the mineral dosage was excessive.
