Iodine preparations are not recommended for individuals with hyperthyroidism due to potential side effects. However, I found my doctor’s advice helpful during my diagnostic process. If you found this review useful, please indicate YES ❤️.

Caution on dosage
High iodine intake with selenium deficiency can harm thyroid tissue, as evidenced by various studies. Autonomously functioning nodes operate independently of the pituitary gland and, with iodine, can excessively produce thyroid hormones, resulting in hyperthyroidism. Iodine deficiency, coupled with selenium deficiency, is a common trigger for AIT. I recommend taking them together. Wishing you good health!
