Excellent product! It significantly enhances overall health. Initially, I developed some rashes and acne, but these eventually subsided. I also experienced some discomfort in my throat (it was sore to touch), but that too passed. Today, I can take this supplement without any adverse effects.

This product appears high quality with beneficial ingredients at a high dosage that could help with iodine deficiency. However, every time I use it, I develop a rash under my eyes, prompting me to discontinue its use. Consequently, I miss out on its potential thyroid health benefits.

High dosage causes rash
This iodine product truly works! I am monitored by FKM. It had zero effect compared to mamoklam. From this iodine, I feel energised, and the time taken for a rash is less. The daily dosage is too much for me, so I take it every three days. One must avoid taking it without prior saturation of magnesium, vitamin C, D3, and selenium, or else one risks developing autoimmune thyroiditis. Please pay attention to this!

Best! Living in the northern capital where iodine deficiency is common, I take it for prevention. I feel much more cheerful! It's incomparable to the drugstore iodomarin, which caused a terrible rash!

Rash appears frequently
The dosage did not suit me. It might be effective, but I found it too much. After taking it weekly, I developed rashes on my face and body. It isn't safe to take without a doctor's advice.
