Good iodine, but it is preferable to take it only as directed. Initially, I experienced some sleep problems (I couldn't sleep), but I adjusted the dosage with my endocrinologist. It’s fine now.

Good product. I finished one can of 60 capsules and will begin the second. Taking with zinc and selenium improves absorption. My sleep has become calmer, and my skin, nails, and hair have improved. With a deficiency of iodine, this dosage is excellent. Just one small capsule a day is easy to swallow and has no smell.
