I ordered this for my daughter, as her skin was badly peeling on her fingers and toes. After two weeks of taking it alongside vitamin A and omega, there has been much improvement.

We investigated whether vitamin E could help with primary dysmenorrhea, a common cause of pelvic pain for young women. In our study, 278 girls aged 15-17 took either vitamin E or a placebo before and during their menstrual periods.

Results showed that those taking vitamin E experienced significantly less pain and shorter pain duration compared to the placebo group. There was also a notable reduction in menstrual blood loss. This suggests that vitamin E may be a beneficial option for managing menstrual discomfort.

Vitamin E, often termed the "beauty vitamin", was prescribed by my gynaecologist due to my cycle irregularities—soreness and duration inconsistencies sometimes lasting 20 to 29 days. After taking it, I noticed my skin improved as dry areas cracked less, and it feels more elastic and hydrated. The most significant change was in my cycle; it stabilised to 28 days, ovulation occurred between the 13th and 15th day, and I experienced reduced premenstrual pain.

I’ve noticed a positive effect from taking Saw vitamin E daily for almost a month. With this new cycle, I realised that the chest pain I used to experience before menstruation has disappeared. Previously, my chest would swell and be quite painful. Additionally, the abdominal and back pain that troubled me during each cycle has practically vanished. This time, I didn't even notice the start of my period. I highly recommend it.

After discovering I was low on Vitamin E, I began taking it. Within three months, I experienced zero menstrual pain and no premenstrual symptoms at all, to the point where I thought I was having irregular bleeding! I intend to keep taking it.

We investigated whether vitamin E supplementation affects the risk of blood clots, specifically venous thromboembolism (VTE), in women. The Women's Health Study involved nearly 40,000 women who received either vitamin E or a placebo over more than ten years.

Our findings revealed that those taking vitamin E experienced a significant reduction in VTE occurrences compared to the placebo group. Notably, women with a history of VTE or certain genetic factors benefited the most from supplementation.

Overall, vitamin E may play a protective role against blood clots, offering promise for at-risk individuals.

Super vitamin E Life Extension - as always, I'm pleased with the effective vitamin E. The jar lasts for three months, and I take one capsule daily. The quality is excellent. The capsule size is convenient. Vitamin E is vital for the female body, particularly for reproductive health. During pregnancy, it's essential for placental formation and helps reduce miscarriage risk. It's necessary when planning a pregnancy and in the first trimester. Vitamin E also impacts blood clotting and aids in preventing blood clots. I recommend it.

We aimed to explore how pure tocotrienol (T3), a form of vitamin E, might help in fighting atherosclerosis, a condition often linked to high cholesterol. In our study, 30 rabbits were fed high-cholesterol diets and then divided into groups receiving different doses of T3 or a control without T3.

The results were promising, showing that the lower and higher doses of T3 significantly reduced atherosclerotic markers and inflammation in early and established atherosclerosis compared to the control group. This suggests that T3 may play a valuable role alongside standard treatments in preventing coronary artery disease.
