I have hypothyroidism and took this jar as I learned selenium helps regulate the thyroid gland while on a low-dose hormonal therapy. After a month, I noticed some changes; the main issue being excess weight and fluid retention. My doctor advised I lose weight to avoid increasing my hormone dosage, and despite training, it wasn’t effective. I also bought green tea extract for puffiness. I can say there’s positive progress; my weight is normalising, and my jeans fit more comfortably. Though the puffiness is still stubborn, this isn’t a weight loss product; it's helping my body return to normal.
