Restores adrenal function
This is a good vitamin C with bioquercetin for enhanced absorption. I take it to replenish my adrenal glands, which are worn out from stress, and support my liver. A large jar lasts a long time. I typically take 1-2 capsules a day and can increase that during illnesses. A reputable manufacturer indeed!

Energy boost
I give it 5 stars because this vitamin C really works. The dosage of 1000 mg proved too much for me, as it left me with excess energy in the evening despite taking it at breakfast. I think my adrenal glands aren't ready for such a dose! Dividing the dosage in half has worked better for me.
