My son is 5 with severe adhd and minor Autism with SPD, he has sensory needs and it's hard to make sure he gets the proper nutrition. He is also very picky and he loves the taste of these and looks forward to getting them each day. He hasn't gotten tired of taking them. Even his neighbor friend Meyah asked if she could have 2 and her mother said it was okay. She loves them too and now asks each time she comes over to play if she can have gummy vitamins. Kids absolutely love them! As for immune support and daily nutrition needs, I suppose they work just fine. My son doesn't get sick often and when he does get sick he only gets a minor cold for 2 days. This is one part of my son's daily routine that he looks forward to and the price is very reasonable too. There was a few other vitamins we previously tried that my son wouldn't eat and although we never tried Flintstones brand I'm happy he likes these. Also to add, it does have a turn lock cap so kids can't sneak into them although my son has never tried to sneak them he always asks each day like clock work for his vitamins
