Two gummies a day keep the doctor away. Since my son started daycare, we introduced this product on the doctor's recommendation to build his immune system. He takes it twice daily and hasn't had a runny nose, cough, or cold in a month. He asks for his vitamins every day. I would definitely recommend it.
