Pain relief achieved
My salvation! I took on board the feedback from others and truly appreciate everyone writing reviews. I suffer from arthrosis, osteoporosis, and another fracture. I felt an urgent need to restore my bones. Initially, this led to gastritis and pancreatitis, complicating my situation. After trying some medications without significant results, I found this gel. I ordered it and started taking it straight away. By day four, all the pain had ceased. I take it every morning on an empty stomach, dissolving it in a glass of water. The taste was slightly off-putting at first, but I’ve adjusted; it's now refreshing and light. My stomach is content. Just remember to stir the gel well. Thank you again to iHerb and all reviewers!

Excellent! It's been many years since I discovered aloe, which I enjoy immensely due to my gastritis. This gel greatly aids my digestion, alleviating pain or any stomach discomfort. It also benefits my intestinal function and has a delightful lemon flavour; I highly recommend it to everyone.

Relieves discomfort well
This product is great for relieving pain and burning sensations. I did find it somewhat sour, but overall, I liked it.
