This is a good product. I've used Gan Mao Ling for 5 years, and it reliably helps fight off a cold. The trick is to start taking it as soon as I feel I’m catching a cold. I usually take 6 tablets every 4 hours until my symptoms are gone. Most times, the cold symptoms never become full strength, and it clears in 2 to 3 days instead of the usual 7 to 10 days. I use it to prevent colds when flying or travelling as well.

Quick cold remedy

I take these whenever I feel a cold or flu coming on, and it usually stops it within 24 hours. If I wait too long, it may take two days, especially if I need to combine it with honey loquat syrup. These pills are extraordinary! After taking them, along with vitamin C and honey syrup, I woke up the next day free of sinus pressure, no fever, no sore throat. I'm feeling superb!

I highly recommend this product. At 59 years old, I find it amazing. I initially disliked the taste, thinking it toxic, but after 5 days of a severe cold, I took 5 tablets of Gan Mao Ling. Within 5 minutes, I felt something shift. I continued taking 3 daily and am already feeling 50% better. I am very impressed with this medicine.

Works like a charm. I've been using Gan Mao Ling for more than 10 years. I take 3 pills at the first signs of a sore throat or cold symptoms and continue until I feel better. I cannot recommend this product enough; I entirely trust the Plum Flower brand.
