Read More...This really helped my husband. Last year we almost lost him because he had given up. He wasn't eating or drinking fluids. We went to the emergency room three times to get him an IV. I'm not a doctor, but I am an expert in my own home where proper hydration makes all the difference between a good or bad day for my family. It keeps us upright! I start each day with a sleeve and on a tough day, I'll do another. Wellness is our main concern, and we take those concerns on the road with us, so if I go on a trip, LIV does, too. It's perfect to keep in the car, and I always have a sleeve in whatever purse I'm using. Two if I'm meeting up with a friend (because I don't share drinks!) Each sleeve contains the perfect balance of salt, potassium and sugar. I limit sugar intake, so I do count this in my total daily amount. I've had Gatorade (sorry... yuck) and other hydration drinks, but I'm always left thinking the flavor is off. Just off, you know? LIV isn't like that. Total winner! If you're a doubting Thomas or think it's too expensive, do yourself a favor and get a 16 pack. Even doing a sleeve every other day will benefit your health. You deserve that! Read More...I am active duty military stationed in the middle east. working in extreme heat over here requires constant hydration. drinking this is a lot healthier for your body than chugging gatorades or powerades etc. and unlike regular water it comes jam packed with electrolytes and sodium that your body needs in extreme heat or when your constantly working out your body. i drink one of these a day sometimes 2. it does not replace drinking regular water throughout the day but it does give you that something extra your body needs. as for the taste it is awesome! i've tried the passion fruit and the lemon one. in my opinion the passion fruit is best. its not too sweet and yet still has that strong flavor that tastes good. highly recommend this produc
Read More...Passion fruit is BY FAR the best Liquid IV flavor. Love these when I'm feeling a little dehydrated, especially when I'm on cold medicine or have been traveling. Also spectacular to ward off a hangover! For that purpose, I recommend one before you start drinking, one before bed and even one the next morning. If you're drinking all day, prob good to add another 1-2 in between cocktails. Works like a charm! I only wish that Costco carried the Passionfruit flavor cause it's a bit cheaper to purchase there than on Amazon. Oh well, worth the extra $0.15 per packet for better flavor IMO
Read More...I wasn't sold at first bc the price. I figured I wouldn't knock it til I tried it and I work in a machine shop that gets up to 90-100 degrees on the really hot days. These liquid IV's keep me hydrated and I don't have to drink as much water to get there. Don't think that one of these is all the water you need in a day. U still need to follow whatever guidelines u follow for adequate water consumption. But these kick start staying hydrated from the start of the day and if it gets too hot I might drink another one to replenish electrolytes. Great flavor and less sugar and no dyes compared to sports drinks
