Vitamin C intake reduces migraines
We aimed to understand how dietary vitamin C affects migraines by analyzing data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, conducted from 1999 to 2004. In this survey, we identified adults who reported experiencing severe headaches or migraines over the past three months.

Our findings were quite revealing. Out of 4,101 participants, 702 individuals reported having a migraine, which represents about 17% of the group. We discovered an interesting trend: higher dietary vitamin C intake seemed to correlate with a lower likelihood of experiencing migraines. Specifically, participants with the highest vitamin C intake had a 36% reduced odds of suffering from migraines compared to those with the lowest intake.

We employed various statistical methods to confirm our results, including logistic regression and restricted cubic spline regression, which showed a clear linear relationship between vitamin C intake and the frequency of migraines.

Overall, this study suggests that increasing our dietary vitamin C might help minimize migraines, which is promising news for those who suffer from these intense headaches. However, as with all studies, further research is necessary to solidify these findings and fully understand the relationship between vitamin C and headache relief.

In our exploration of how dietary factors might influence migraine headaches, we examined the connection between vitamin C intake and headache intensity and frequency among women. The study included 265 participants who reported their dietary intake, and we focused particularly on their antioxidant quality score, which reflects the quality of their dietary antioxidants.

We observed noteworthy findings. Women with a higher dietary antioxidant quality score had significantly lower levels of migraine pain and fewer headache days. This trend was especially true for those who consumed more vitamin C. We found that higher vitamin C intake was associated with less severe headache pain, indicating that including more of this vitamin in our diets could potentially help alleviate migraine symptoms.

Furthermore, we noted that other antioxidants might also play a role, but vitamin C stood out in its association with reduced migraine severity. Overall, this research reinforces the idea that dietary choices, particularly those rich in vitamin C, could benefit those grappling with migraine headaches and should be closely monitored.

Allow alcohol to evaporate if you're getting headaches. *Update* July 2017: I’m changing my review from 1 star to 5. I ordered directly from the manufacturer and followed their advice to air the contents to let the alcohol evaporate. This stopped the headaches! I took 2/day before and after a tooth extraction with rapid healing. Last winter, I didn’t get sick at all while using this product. I initially struggled with headaches but plan to try a new direct order, as I desire the benefits others have reported.

Keep on hand for emergencies. Despite having concerns about the product's origin, I ordered Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C. After experiencing a headache and jaw ache late one night, I mixed a packet with a drink and went to bed. I woke up five hours later feeling completely cured of the headache and jaw pain. I later gave a packet to my elderly mum, who was experiencing a 'woozy' feeling; she declared herself much better after. While I can't say for certain it was solely responsible, I feel assured it helped, earning it a five-star rating in my book.

Great for Autoimmune Disease!! This product is astounding. After being diagnosed with undifferentiated connective tissue disease, I sought natural remedies. Initially, I experienced a severe migraine for two weeks, which I attributed to detoxing from vitamin C. After that, I felt phenomenal, with minimal symptoms aside from persistent Raynaud's. I highly recommend this product to anyone with ailments. Although the taste is unpleasant, I believe it works, and though priced higher, it's worth it for my health, particularly as conventional healthcare has failed me.

Quick cold relief

Very quick results overnight for a stubborn cold and sinus issues. I purchased these well-rated supplements a while ago but found the mixing process a chore. With a recent cold shared by my husband, I suffered from headaches and a raw nose. I remembered the Vitamin C and incorporated it into my tea last night. Upon waking today, I found relief from all symptoms, including a clear head. This immediate and effective result has convinced me of this delivery system's efficacy, prompting a desire to explore further lypo-spheric supplements.

Sinus improvement

Good! About two weeks ago, I began experiencing a sore throat. In short, I caught a cold with considerable sinus drainage and headaches. After a week and a half, the cold started fading, but the sinus issues and headaches lingered. I then remembered I had purchased these tablets last autumn and began taking them five days ago. They’ve notably reduced the sinus drainage. Although I'm still occasionally blowing my nose, it’s far less frequent. Yesterday, I felt a surge of energy. While I wouldn’t use this regularly due to the expense, it has greatly aided me in overcoming the cold. I’ve ordered more to continue the higher dosage until my immune system stabilises.
