These vitamins have been taken by my spouse since the start of pregnancy; they previously went through two jars of 120 and are now finishing a 60-piece jar. They are very satisfied, as these vitamins support the whole pregnancy effectively. They have a pleasant smell and a slightly sour taste while containing everything necessary for both mother and baby. I've been taking them for five days without any issues. They taste nice, though the capsules are large for me; I split them in two to take them. No digestive issues
This was really good, and I took it during the first trimester. I have a sensitive stomach and am gluten and lactose intolerant. These vitamins were perfect for me; they didn’t cause any issues and included choline, essential for the first trimester.
