Highly recommend this. It truly works wonders. I did not experience any morning sickness, cravings, or negative pregnancy symptoms such as headaches or mood swings. I believe it was because of these prenatal vitamins. My tummy kept growing, but both my baby and I remained healthy. My hair had stopped falling out while taking this. However, after I ceased taking these as I finished breastfeeding, my hair began to shed significantly a week later. I strongly believe in this product.

I love these vitamins from the ingredients to the percentages. I don't get headaches with these. I take mine with a small cup of orange juice to help mask the taste!

Sick from vitamins
Made me sick: stomach ache and morning sickness. Despite wanting to love these prenatals, they caused severe nausea and headaches. I had to stop taking them, and now I feel much better without them!
