Beetroot juice and Raynaud's effects
We explored how nitrate-rich beetroot juice impacts individuals with Raynaud's phenomenon, a condition that causes blood vessels to overreact to cold.

In a study involving 23 participants, we utilized a double-blind, randomized crossover design with both beetroot juice and a nitrate-depleted version.

We found that beetroot juice improved blood flow to the thumb, enhanced endothelial function, and reduced inflammation. However, there was no significant effect on skin temperature. This study is the first to highlight dietary nitrate's potential benefits for people with Raynaud's.

After eight weeks of use, I felt better within 30 days and successfully donated blood after finishing the course. This supplement is now a staple in my household.
