No side effects. These are better than regular iron pills as they do not make me feel nauseated or strange after taking them. They are the best iron pills compared to all the others I've tried. The only downside is that for this bottle, I have to take two pills a day. However, this brand has another option with larger pills that require just one a day, but that's my mistake for ordering the wrong pack.
