The best iron supplement. As a healthcare professional needing an iron supplement, I hesitated due to gastrointestinal upset being a common issue. After hearing a friend's positive experience, I tried it for three months, resulting in increased levels without any nausea or constipation. The taste isn’t great, but it’s manageable, and I appreciate the eco-friendly packaging.

Works fast, no side effects. During my fourth pregnancy, I faced severe iron deficiency. After trying multiple prescriptions without success, I discovered these supplements. They normalised my labs within two weeks. It has been 8 years since my anaemia was a chronic issue, and I haven’t struggled since. I am a huge fan, as these do not induce nausea, making them exceptional for my sensitive stomach.

Improved iron levels

This is a LIFE CHANGER! I used to have severe anaemia confirmed by multiple blood tests. After trying various iron supplements for three months, I was still anaemic. I discovered that vitamin C enhances iron absorption when taken with meals containing phytates, which block absorption. Despite improvements, I remained anaemic. I started taking my iron supplements on an empty stomach with vitamin C, which caused serious nausea akin to morning sickness. However, my blood work showed improved iron levels. I later tried a different supplement that didn't induce nausea when taken as instructed, and I'm pleased to say I am no longer anaemic after adjusting my dosage.

I really liked this product. I noticed a change from the first use nearly two weeks ago. The main issue for me was persistent dizziness, which I took on an empty stomach to avoid any indigestion. I did not experience any constipation, nausea, or bloating. After a three-month course, I found it significantly improved my iron levels from dangerously low to a healthier range.

Great iron supplement! I have been using this for a few months and really like it. Traditional iron supplements often cause me issues, but being chronically anaemic, I must take them. A friend recommended these as they are plant-based and easier on the digestive tract. Thankfully, they do not induce nausea, bloating, or stomach pain at all. I highly recommend these for anyone seeking a gentler iron supplement.
Nausea is a sensation that often precedes vomiting and is characterized by an uneasy feeling in the stomach. It can be caused by a variety of factors, including motion sickness, certain medications, food poisoning, or underlying health conditions. The experience of nausea can range from mildly uncomfortable to intensely distressing and is often accompanied by other symptoms such as sweating, increased salivation, or a feeling of lightheadedness.
Many people experience nausea at some point in their lives, making it a common issue. Fortunately, there are several remedies and treatments available that can help alleviate this unpleasant sensation. Over-the-counter medications, home remedies like ginger tea, and lifestyle changes, such as eating smaller meals or avoiding certain triggers, can be effective in reducing nausea. However, if nausea is persistent or accompanied by severe symptoms like severe abdominal pain or fever, it’s essential to consult with a healthcare professional for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Beet, commonly referred to as beetroots, is a root vegetable known for its earthy sweetness and vibrant red or purple color. It belongs to the Chenopodiaceae family and is scientifically classified as Beta vulgaris. Beets are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients, making them a popular choice among health enthusiasts. They are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins (especially vitamin C and several B vitamins), and essential minerals like potassium and manganese. Beets are also known for their high antioxidant content, which may help combat oxidative stress and inflammation in the body.
Culinarily, beets can be enjoyed in various forms. They can be roasted, boiled, pickled, or incorporated into salads, soups, and smoothies. They also serve as a natural coloring agent for foods, thanks to their intense pigment. With the rising trend towards plant-based eating, beets have found their way into vegetarian dishes and even served as a meat substitute when prepared in certain ways. Additionally, beet juice has gained attention for its potential benefits, particularly in enhancing athletic performance and improving blood flow, due to its high nitrate content. Overall, beets are a versatile and nutritious addition to a balanced diet.
Beetroot is not widely recognized as a traditional remedy for nausea, but its potential benefits might offer some relief for certain individuals. Beets are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which may contribute to overall digestive health. Moreover, the high fiber content in beets can aid digestion and promote a healthy gut, potentially alleviating feelings of discomfort. Additionally, beets contain betaine, which is thought to support liver function and could help in detoxification, indirectly benefiting nausea that arises from digestive issues.
However, it's essential to note that the response to beets can vary from person to person. For some, the natural sugars and fiber in beets can sometimes exacerbate feelings of nausea, especially for those with sensitive stomachs. If you’re experiencing chronic nausea, it's best to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice and effective treatment options. While incorporating beets into your diet can offer health benefits, they should not be considered a guaranteed solution for nausea.

I was slightly anaemic based on my last medical check-up. After two months on this product, I noticed increased energy initially and enhanced stamina. I hadn't experienced any illness during this period. During heavy menstruation, I took two tablets without experiencing nausea. I highly recommend this supplement for anyone with anaemia; I'm looking forward to my next check-up for my iron levels!

This is the only supplement I have taken for the past three years to build my blood. I have been anaemic for the last ten years, unaware that my endometrial lining was the cause of heavy bleeding and clotting. The Blood Builder has helped me significantly; however, it takes six months to build blood in the body. I was suffering from anaemia until I consulted an OBGYN and underwent surgery to remove polyps and a procedure called endometrial ablation. I’ve got my life back! Blood Builder is helping to boost my haemoglobin levels. It's an excellent product with no constipation or nausea, being plant-derived. I take it with B12 and 1000mg of vitamin C. Give it a try, and you'll understand what I mean.

A dietary supplement aimed at raising hemoglobin and ferritin levels. I have battled low hemoglobin all my life despite consuming meat regularly. Iron supplements often cause nausea when taken improperly, but this product does not. I typically take it in the morning or four hours post-meal. It also contains folic acid and vitamins C and B12 for better iron absorption. After three months, my hemoglobin rose from 105 to 125 and ferritin from 1 to 10. The smell of the pills is unpleasant but tolerable. Overall, this drug is a great fit for me.

Nausea-free experience

Changed my life! I'm currently suffering from menorrhagia and had a period daily for the last year, which obviously led to anaemia. Prior to finding these tablets, I knew little about the various types of iron and their bioavailability. I was taking iron as fumarate, which made me feel ill and nauseous, resulting in dry heaving. After researching, I discovered that iron in the form of fermented iron bisglycinate is much easier on the body. Living in the UK, I had these imported, and it was the best choice I've made. There’s no more nausea or dry heaving. After running out a month ago, I had a bad experience with other brands during the wait. I would highly recommend these!
