Mouth ulcer relief

I have suffered from mouth ulcers for years, often having 3-5 at a time monthly. Initially, I took this for my blood supplement due to low blood pressure after heavy periods. After taking it, I occasionally had no ulcer, or they would vanish in 2-3 days! When I stopped for a few months, the ulcers returned. I began taking it again and they went away. I recommend this for anyone with frequent mouth ulcers, though the taste is somewhat tart.
