Heart palpitations!

I actually came on to look at this product to see if anyone else mentioned heart palpitations. I started taking this a few weeks ago and the day after I took it I started getting this weird palpitation (like skipping a beat) that lasted for close to a week. I hadn't changed anything in my diet or exercise plan but couldn't pinpoint what might be causing this irregularity. I finally looked to this product but thought it would be really weird if this caused it. I read the ingredients to make sure I hadn't looked over something and it seemed really innocent. The palpitations eventually stopped and I didn't take this again for a while. A few days ago I decided to try it out again and once again later that day or the next the palpitations were back and I'm still waiting for them to go away. There is a correlation that may or may not be causation but I won't be taking this again! If the palpitations go away and don't come back I'll consider this the culprit. I'm almost 40 years old and have a very healthy heart and have never had anything like this before. This is all just incidental to me so maybe I'm wrong or maybe there are a few of us that for whatever reason react to this supplement strangely. Just be ware and if your heart starts skipping a beat consider that it may be this

Great product, HUGE pills

I take BCAA every time I do fasted cardio or plan a hard workout. I love the convenience of tablets so I can keep them in my gym bag and take 30 minutes before my exercise. These are really big tablets so be careful to take one at a time. Would be 5 stars if they were a little smaller. Otherwise it's an amazing product and exactly what anyone needs who is doing athletic activity to preserve lean muscle tissue from being used as energy

Increases rate of recovery in the muscle fibers, helps reduce muscle soreness the next day (DOMS.)

I take 2 right before my workout, and another 2 right after (my workout is typically 1 1/2-2 hrs long) and it helps me not feel as sore the next day. And I'm good to go for another 2 hr workout the very next day without feeling all tight and sore in my muscles

Great supplement for extra energy

Loved the product and the price, it was recommended as a source of extra energy for a Very Physically Demanding job, it has helped me lose a little weight and it helps with energy without the peaks associated with caffein

Good stuff

This is the Amino Acids you should take before workouts. Gives a Boost in the gym. I use Met-Rx because the have a quality Product. Use there L- Glutamine after workouts. It helps in recovery and muscle growth. Ive been working out for 29 year

This stuff works

This stuff works. I was previously wasting money on my gym membership because I would just not have any energy....any of that "umph". I started taking these before I went to the gym and I'm now able to complete my workout. I couldn't even call it a workout before. These give you the energy to exercise

Hard to swallow due to size, however working an extremely physical job, this supplement gives me the energy to get through the day

Great product! Great results! Great price!

I've been using this product for almost two years now with great results. I actually watched muscles appear more defined after a gradual loss of body fat within the first couple months of taking this. I had to temporarily switch brands when they were out of stock over Christmas and I noticed the body fat coming back almost immediately. Whatever it's doing in my body I'm very happy with and I'm glad I was able to get more of this stuff. I split the recommended dose into morning and night for even distribution 24 hours a day. The capsule looks a little big, but because they are a squishy smooth gel cap, they are easy to swallow

Was amazing for a pulled muscle.

I am 65 and pretty active but I had somehow pulled a muscle when doing some heavy weed pulling and was in so much discomfort I could not go up stairs without pulling myself up by the handrail and had to physically lift my left leg with my hands to get in and out of my car for about 9 months. At first I thought it was a joint issue, but decided it was a muscle since occasionally I could feel it in my knee as well. It just did not seem to be getting better so I went online to research what I could do and just came across info on BCAA. I tried this brand because it had good reviews and amazingly it cured my problem in about a day or 2. I continued to take it for another week or 2 and have had no problems since. I do not take it regularly, but if I ever have muscle issues, I think it is very effective in helping your body repair muscle tissue
