Should add a very healthy, formerly fat but now thin, drug and disease free 64 year old health enthusiast. Vitamin K is one of two major missing ingredients in the diet of Americans. Main natural source is meat or Natto. I am a carnivore who mostly just eats meat and I am sure I get some, but since most I buy is not 100% grass fed, I do the supplements once in a while just case.
BTW, Vitamin K2 is essential for the metabolizing of vitamin D from the sun and calcium. Not having K and D from sun helps explain epidemics of osteoporosis, especially in women or any vegans. Also helps with calcification of soft tissues like in Kidney stones or prostate and thyroid swelling. . Your D supplements are also not likely to work without K, another essential vitamin. Best source by far of D is the sun
Only other supplement is liquid fish oil of the Nordic Natural brand. Science is scarce but I take it to ensure I get some natural bio-available Omega 3 fats which are another missing or insufficient ingredients in most American food
