I give it to my younger child (2 years) and my older one (10 years), and it helps prevent minor viruses. When administered promptly, they stop sneezing by the next day. I love this brand! Fast shipping and a great quality product. The elderberry berries and flowers are rich in antioxidants and vitamins, which boost your immune system. It contains zinc as well. I suggest buying one now and trying it for your children. It is free from the top 8 allergens: eggs, milk, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, soy, peanuts, and wheat. I specifically chose this as one of my kids has allergies. I highly recommend this product!
