Works really well! I started giving this to my 18-month-old in December. After he caught a cold three times in a row, I needed to try something. I began giving it to him daily, and he didn’t get sick at all during January. Later, I moved to every other day, and he didn’t catch anything in February. It’s amazing because he usually always gets what the other children have. He had been sick back-to-back at the end of the year. I'll certainly be ordering another bottle. It's also organic and natural, with a great price.

I strongly advise this for parents of children who frequently fall ill during winter. It helps them recover quickly and boosts their immunity. It’s also great for colds and other ailments. Unfortunately, it's no longer available at iHerb, and I didn't place a new order in time. If you found this helpful, please give me a like.

Mommy's Bliss Elderberry syrup is brilliant. I’ve been giving it to my son since he was 4 months old for preventive reasons. Initially, I was cautious as it’s recommended from age one, but after researching, I decided to try it, and it worked a treat. My son hasn't caught a cold, and when he shows symptoms, a quick dose clears his congestion swiftly. It’s very sweet but manageable and really delivers results.

Great for immune support. I love this product for my 2-year-old who is frequently exposed to germs at daycare. Since starting this, her cold symptoms have significantly shortened, resolving in 2-3 days rather than weeks. It has also reduced the frequency of her colds. I can’t recommend elderberry enough for immune support, particularly against viral infections.
Cold is a term that refers to a state of low temperature, often associated with a perceptibly chilly environment or the sensation of being cool to the touch. Scientifically, cold is relative to the presence and movement of heat, which is a measure of energy within matter. In everyday terms, we experience cold through weather changes, such as during winter months, and it can also be described in the context of specific temperature ranges – for example, temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit (0 degrees Celsius) generally signify freezing conditions, which can impact outdoor activities, personal comfort, and various ecological systems.
Moreover, the sensation of cold is not solely dependent on temperature; factors like humidity and wind chill can enhance the feeling of coldness. When discussing cold in terms of human health, prolonged exposure to cold conditions can lead to hypothermia or frostbite if body heat is not effectively maintained. Children's herbs refer to a range of herbal remedies specifically formulated for the unique health needs of children. Unlike adults, children's bodies and immune systems are still developing, which means they can react differently to various substances, including herbs. These formulations are typically milder in nature and focus on supporting children's overall health—boosting immunity, aiding digestion, promoting restful sleep, and alleviating common ailments like colds and teething discomfort. Common herbs used in children's herbal remedies include chamomile for calming effects, ginger for digestive support, and elderberry for immune enhancement.
When considering the use of herbal remedies for children, it's essential for parents to consult with a healthcare professional who specializes in pediatric care or herbal medicine. This ensures that the herbs chosen are safe, appropriate for the child's age and health condition, and administered correctly. Also, the quality of herbal products can vary significantly, so looking for reputable brands that provide third-party testing and clear labeling of ingredients is important. While herbal remedies can be beneficial, they should complement, not replace, conventional medical treatment when needed.

However, the research is still mixed, and results can vary from child to child.
Before introducing any herbal remedies to your child's routine, it's crucial to consult with a pediatrician or a qualified healthcare provider, especially since not all herbs are appropriate for children and some can interact with other medications. Additionally, it’s important to ensure that the herbs are sourced from reputable suppliers to guarantee quality and safety. While herbs may offer some benefits, maintaining a well-balanced diet, staying hydrated, and getting plenty of rest should remain the foundations of recovery from a cold.

Reduced cold incidents
Elderberry fudge is superior to elderberry syrup. One capsule a day enhances resistance. My niece used to catch a cold every month, but since she began consuming elderberry gummies, the frequency of her colds has significantly decreased.
