Caused rash relief
Works much better than Espumisan and isn't overly sweet. While giving the child pharmaceutical preparations, I noticed a rash on his cheeks. However, once I started using this simethicone alongside dill water from the same manufacturer, the rash disappeared.

I purchased Mommy's Bliss Baby Gas Relief Simethicone Drops hoping to ease my newborn's discomfort.
