These are the first melatonin supplements we've used, and I wish I’d discovered them earlier! My 7-year-old suffers from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and has always struggled to sleep. Initially, it took her 1-2 hours to fall asleep. However, after trying a whole gummy, she was asleep within half an hour. The dosage was adjusted to half a gummy, which works perfectly. She now falls asleep in 10-15 minutes and wakes up refreshed. Truly transformative!
