Cleared ear infection
Taking this twice daily for several months was the only solution for my severely problematic ear infection. Whenever I sense a cold coming, I take this along with nasal rinses, and I remain free from sinus infections. Mucinex is pricey but worth it! I avoid generic versions as they often lack the time-release effect. This is the best deal I've found!

No lung infections
It’s been 9 years since I contracted Lyme Disease. Although I was treated and felt better initially, I would get tired easily after any physical exertion, often leading to chest congestion and lung infections. Mucinex prevents this deep congestion and I haven’t had a lung infection for nearly 3 months now. I take 2 a day and adjust to 4 on exercise days. This is my own dosing preference, but it’s clearly effective for me.
