This is excellent for those who contend with chronic sinusitis and nasal infections. Countless visits to the ENT have driven me to despair! Sinusitis and post-nasal drip often lead to painful sinus headaches, as the mucus gets trapped during illness. My ENT advised me to take one daily at the first sign of illness until I recover. What a transformation! I now avoid severe congestion during colds by taking it early. It's also effective for allergy-related congestion, which I combine with my allergy medication when necessary. While generic brands are cheaper, they require more frequent dosing, which is impractical. I prefer this time-released formula.
