This is the best product I've found for clearing throat and chest congestion. For optimal benefits, drink plenty of water throughout the day. As a pharmacist, I recommend it to my patients and use it myself. After raking and burning leaves, I began using this for a bothersome chest cough. I cannot live without it! I suffer from severe COPD with thick mucus. I've tried other cheaper products, but nothing compares to Mucinex. I take the 1200 extended relief every 12 hours, which makes my cough productive without excessive coughing. It truly is the best!
