Excellent! This product works very well and offers great value. Initially, I used the regular tablets, which only lasted a few hours. These slow-release versions provide relief for up to 12 hours, reducing the need for more tablets. They contain guaifenesin, an expectorant that helps alleviate phlegm and sinus headaches. It's important to note these are not the DM version, which includes a cough suppressant. I avoided the DM variant due to potential interactions with other medications. I find these tablets comfortable to swallow and effective against sinus headaches.

Sinus relief! After relocating to Southern California, I’ve suffered from sinus issues for 15 years, culminating in surgery for a polyp. I was advised to take an expectorant daily to prevent further sinus problems. Although the surgery cleared my infections, I was left with chronic headaches lasting two to three days each month. Discovering Mucinex 12-hour tablets was a relief! They help manage my headaches, but they can be expensive, urging me to buy them from Amazon. With consistent daily use, my headaches have become almost non-existent.
