Why make things more complicated? I'm going elsewhere

Who's bright idea was it to change from the easy 3-step & drink Tetra-Pak cartons to the overly complex 6 step plastic bottles?!?!?! No way it can be cheaper to make. You basically made product packaging more complex, more wasteful and the product more expensive. Exactly the opposite of what a consumer wants! Are you trying to lose business. If you are, congratulations! You lost me. The Tetra Pak was a 3 step and drink. Step 1: Chill. Step 2. Shake. Step 3. Twist cap to break seal and twist off. There. Done. Ready to drink. “New” plastic bottles: Step 1: Chill. Step 2: Shake well Step 3: Fight to remove the plastic wrap around the twist lid (knife, scissors, teeth,) Step 4: Twist off the cap Step 5: SURPRISE! Superglued foil covering the container opening. (Use teeth to remove the foil, because the “pull tab” is worthless). Oh, and try not spilling it when removing the heat sealed foil. Try not chipping your teeth either! Step 6: Drink (but by this time, I have to usually shake it again. So I screw the lid back on) Now, the genius marketing people “spin” this new design as easier to reclose, take with you on the go, finish your workout, etc. I don't know about you, but this is meant to be enjoyed cold. Says so right on the packaging. I'm not going to lug it around during my workout. Plus, it's a pre or likely post workout drink or a meal supplement. I'm not sipping on it like a latte or cup of tea. I'm drinking the thing fast. Faster even now because the taste is much worse then before. Noticeably different. Probably because they had to adjust the formula for their fancy new packaging. Oh, and worse for the environment. Tetra-Paks were recyclable. 2 pieces. Cap and container. The petroleum based bottle now has the cap, bottle, foil, and plastic wrap. Costs me MORE, for something that is LESS user friendly and tastes WORSE. Hard pass on these going forward. Been buying MM vanilla for 5 years. Found it superior tasting then others, nutritionally desirable for my needs, and a good price point. NOT any longer. See you later MM!! Unless of course you bring back the Tetra-Pak. Until then I need to find something else to spend my hard earned $ on

I get it. It has to ship safely and not leak. Five stars for that. But the plastic outer seal is difficult to remove and the only way I can get the inner aluminum type seal is with a can opener. Love the product. Hate the seal

Tastes great, low low carb. Only complaint is the packaging. I'd rather try opening a CD case

Why did you have to change the products container? The 11 oz container was much better. The packaging was better. The bottle is horrible. At least give us a choice. PLEASE

Great protein shake, but new bottles are quite difficult to open

These new bottles are ridiculous... it's hilariously absurd how difficult it is to remove the shrink wrap over the lid and the foil over the opening. Shouldn't have to spend 5 minutes trying to open your protein shake in the morning; and if you have arthritis good luck. Really preferred the old version packaging where you just twisted the lid of

Terrible container

Great product, terrible container. Used to come in a very different and more pleasant container. Now I can just barely get the bottle open without a toolbox

Pretty good

I think the flavor is good. It's still a protein drink.... what I've been doing is going to the baking isle and getting flavor extracts. That way I can switch it up a little

Delicious, but the packaging is ridiculous

After paying gym prices way too often I started ordering Muscle Milk through Amazon, and was pleased. It's delicious and provides that protein kick when I want it. However the previous packaging that was easy to open has given way to a virtual fortress. The second seal is glued so tightly to the bottle that I've thought I might need pliers to grip it for removal. And if there's any moisture on your fingers, forget it. Getting to the actual product is a workout I really don't appreciate
