Works great in combination with cetirizine. My girlfriend has a cat, and none of the allergy medicines I tried worked consistently. However, combining Nasacort with cetirizine completely eliminated my allergy symptoms. Nasacort doesn’t cause drowsiness, while cetirizine does, so I recommend taking it before bed if you opt for both.

Great allergy solution. Ten years ago, my ENT recommended using Nasacort twice daily for four weeks to eliminate my chronic allergies, which included painful sinuses and terrible headaches. It works wonders! Nasacort relieves my stuffiness and headaches quickly; I highly recommend it to friends and family.

This product is great for reducing allergy-induced asthma. I have severe allergies and asthma, and since using this product, I've had no allergy issues or asthma attacks at night. Taking it before bed works best for me, allowing me to breathe without feeling drowsy or experiencing sinus infections. I haven't faced insomnia or any negative side effects.

Significant allergy relief

Best nasal spray on the market. I have suffered from horrible nasal allergies since childhood and have tried countless treatments, including various antihistamines, decongestants, and steroidal nasal sprays like Flonase and Nasonex. Nasacort has greatly improved my allergies, so much so that my allergic asthma is far better controlled. This nasal spray genuinely lasts 24 hours, but I find I need to reapply when my symptoms return. The recommended dose is 4 sprays, 2 in each nostril once daily. It’s crucial to spray away from the middle of the nose to avoid causing a deviated septum. The sprayer delivers a fine mist and does not clog, which sets it apart from other brands I've tried.
