Effective for blurred vision
A flat circle. The small, drinkable tablet is truly popular for a reason! Its shape is very easy to drink. The bottle’s compact size is convenient, and as 10,000 mg is excessive at once, I split it and take it twice daily, morning and night. I wanted to address both my blurred vision and flying mosquitoes simultaneously, so I tried "biotin plus" with lutein. The results were fantastic. However, the tablet is hard and slender, making it challenging to swallow. I’m used to American supplements that usually go down easily, yet this one seems to get stuck. Increasing moisture helps a bit, but it still often remains lodged in my throat. Although I attempted to split it, I still struggle with taking it.
