Works perfectly for me. Exactly what I needed. The flavour is decent and does not taste of chemicals. I take the tablet, read my book for 15-20 minutes, and then enjoy an amazing night’s sleep. I am not groggy in the morning. I had to train my body for a new sleeping schedule in a new location. These tablets were instrumental in transforming my restless nights and training my brain to feel sleepy in that environment. I would highly recommend.

We evaluated whether melatonin and bright-light phototherapy could help alleviate symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). In a controlled study with thirty participants, we assessed the effectiveness of these treatments by measuring various symptoms over several weeks.

Unfortunately, we found that neither melatonin nor phototherapy led to significant improvements in the patients’ symptoms or overall health. Our findings suggest that these treatments shouldn't be promoted for CFS unless proven beneficial.

I'm eager to praise this drug! I suffered from long-term insomnia; my doctor prescribed sleeping pills, but they became addictive and less effective. Never slept better! I have suffered from severe joint and hip pain for many years, making it difficult to fall asleep. The pain kept me awake and was all I could focus on. But since I began taking Natrol Melatonin 10mg twenty minutes before bed, I fall asleep almost instantly. If I wake during the night, I can easily drift back off. We focused on the effects of oral melatonin on anxiety and pain in children during the stressful process of venipuncture. In a double-blind, randomized controlled trial, we found that administering 0.5 mg/kg of melatonin 30 minutes before the procedure significantly reduced both pain and anxiety levels compared to a placebo.

The results showed that only 18.8% of the kids receiving melatonin reported pain, while 78.2% in the placebo group did. Furthermore, anxiety affected 44.6% of the melatonin group compared to 94.1% of those in the control group.

While melatonin appeared to improve experiences during venipuncture, its impact on the success rate was not statistically significant.

Getting sleep helps atrial septal defect. We use this for our son with autism, and it's the only product that has ever worked. He now gets solid sleep and, although he still wakes during the night, he is able to go back to sleep. Sleep has alleviated his anxiety and sensory issues more than any prescribed medication. I would highly recommend trying it.

This one is now my favourite melatonin. I ordered 5mg before, which also worked well, but this is the best! It melts in your mouth in under a minute and works in around five minutes. With this melatonin, I sleep all night and feel fresh in the morning. I will definitely order it again.

I have been using Melatonin from this manufacturer for several years. I've tried other brands, but this is the best. 3 milligrams is sufficient for me. I take a dose of 10 for my 74-year-old dad, who has heart disease and suffers from insomnia. The doctor recommended melatonin as sleeping pills could be dangerous for his heart.
