I have a 7-year-old autistic child who often wakes at night, disrupting my sleep. My mother struggles with sleep due to her age, so I bought specifications of 1mg, 5mg, and 10mg. My son seemed to benefit initially, but after a few times, it didn’t work at all. Neither my mother nor I found it effective. It was wasted, but I hope this helps.
