This melatonin is effective for aiding sleep and is quite tasty. More importantly, it truly works. Both my wife and I take it almost daily. For those with severe chronic insomnia, it isn't a quick fix; speak with a medical professional to address underlying issues.

Long-term aid
This melatonin really helps me as I have chronic long-term insomnia. In the evening, I take two tablets of Now Foods Calcium and Magnesium, along with vitamin D-3 and zinc, followed by this melatonin, and I sleep for 6-7 hours. I previously tried 5 mg of melatonin from the same company, and it did not work. Above all, it is quite delicious.
