Never slept better! I have suffered from severe joint and hip pain for many years, making it difficult to fall asleep. The pain kept me awake and was all I could focus on. But since I began taking Natrol Melatonin 10mg twenty minutes before bed, I fall asleep almost instantly. If I wake during the night, I can easily drift back off. Now, I can sleep without lying awake thinking about my hip pain. I absolutely love this product! It has changed my life.

Amazing! I have been using these for a long time. They taste much better than the strawberry ones, which are terrible! 10mg works for me; I take two per night, which helps me feel more relaxed. Sometimes it takes a couple of hours to work, while other times I'm asleep after half an hour. They are not miracle workers like prescription sleeping tablets, but they assist me considerably with insomnia due to pain. Highly recommended!
