My neurologist suggested 3 mg a night to alleviate my chronic cough as a symptom of trigeminal autonomic cephalalgia. I find it works much better than the pharmacological treatments I tried, which not only failed to help but also caused debilitating side effects.

This is a good product recommended by an acquaintance. Since it is expensive, I researched various angles before purchasing MGO 250, 250 g for testing. After using it for just two days, I noticed an improvement in my chronic cough. Although I still have a cough, the breathlessness has diminished. I’ve only used it a couple of times, but it’s clear that Manca Honey is effective, and I appreciated that iHerb offered it at a competitive price!
