Natrol Melatonin 3mg is a brilliant product! After years of suffering from insomnia due to knee pain, I discovered iHerb and this Melatonin, which has been my best purchase ever. The ingredients are high quality, they are conveniently sized, and taste pleasant. I take one with water each night without needing to chew! My dosage is one every night, and the benefits have been tremendous; I sleep soundly, experience no pain, and wake up feeling refreshed. They began to work from the very first night, are easy to take, and I appreciate the packaging as well. I would highly recommend these to anyone seeking a good night's sleep!
