Natrol Melatonin 3mg is a brilliant product! After years of suffering from insomnia due to knee pain, I discovered iHerb and this Melatonin, which has been my best purchase ever. The ingredients are high quality, they are conveniently sized, and taste pleasant. I take one with water each night without needing to chew!
