Improved sleep quality

The product truly works. I bought it knowing its benefits, not really focusing on any downsides, as I haven’t encountered any. With this product, I enjoy a deep sleep and notice my rash is improved by morning. I wake up early, around 5 am, and aim to stay awake until 10 pm. I engage in morning workouts from 7 am before heading to work. Melatonin enables me to get sufficient rest and wake up refreshed. Just ensure that after taking a pill before bed, you switch off all lights and the TV. The hormone functions best in complete darkness. I highly recommend trying it; you won’t regret it.

Unfortunately, Natrol 3 mg Melatonin didn't help me. I had high hopes based on friends' recommendations and positive reviews, but I struggled to fall asleep. My sleep remained broken and unrefreshing in the mornings, despite attempts to take it half an hour before bed in the dark. I slept intermittently, and I suspect my daytime sleepiness was due to my rash rather than the melatonin. I also tried taking it earlier in the evening, but the disrupted sleep continued, leaving me feeling unrested in the morning. Perhaps I need a smaller dosage or a liquid form.
